Are these the only roles?

Active openings change monthly. If you're senior and good at what you do, email Neel directly — we hire opportunistically when we meet someone we don't want to lose.

Do you hire outside India?

Yes — currently growing teams in India, UAE, and USA. For the right person, we'll hire from anywhere we can run compliant payroll (or via our EOR partners in 150+ countries).

What does the hiring process look like?

Application within 48 hours → screening call (30 min) → 1–2 role interviews → offer. Typically 14 days end-to-end. No take-home tests longer than 90 minutes.

What's the comp range?

Varies by role and location. Comp is competitive with top startups in your geography. We share the band before the first interview, not after.

Remote or in-office?

Async-first remote. Core overlap 11am–3pm IST. Quarterly all-hands in Mumbai or Dubai. No mandatory in-office time outside offsites.
