Is Talent OS available as standalone software?

Currently, Talent OS powers our Direct Hire and Managed EOR services — it's the engine, not a product you license separately. Early-access standalone licenses available on request for in-house TA teams.

How is the candidate database vetted?

Three-step screen: AI parses resume against role requirements, human screener confirms shortlist, technical screen + cultural interview before any candidate reaches you. Net acceptance rate from applicant pool: ~2.4%.

What about candidate privacy?

Candidates opt in to be visible to specific clients. PII is encrypted at rest, redacted in AI prompts, and never shared with third parties. GDPR + DPDP compliant.

Can it integrate with our existing ATS?

Yes — bidirectional sync with Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, and most ATSs via API. We push shortlisted candidates straight into your pipeline.

Does AI replace human recruiters?
