How are your engineers different from Upwork or Toptal?

Every engineer is screened through a 3-step process: technical assessment, live coding round, and cultural interview. We maintain a 2.4% acceptance rate from our applicant pool. You won't see anyone on withRemote who hasn't passed all three.

What happens if the hire doesn't work out?

Any time, any reason. We replace the engineer for free within the first 90 days on Direct Hire, or immediately on Managed Remote. Most firms charge 25–30% to re-source — we don't.

Do you handle payroll and compliance in every country?

We operate EORs in India, UAE, and the US. For other geographies we partner with local providers. Taxes, filings, benefits, and statutory compliance are fully managed — you get one invoice per month.

Can I try before committing?

Who owns the IP on builds?
