How fast is the first shortlist?

Who owns the candidate after hire?

You do. The candidate becomes your direct employee. We have no ongoing relationship with the hire after the placement fee is paid.

How is this different from an EOR?

Direct Hire = you employ the person. Managed EOR = we employ them on your behalf in countries where you don't have an entity. See the comparison table above.
