Free website scorecard

What is your website costing you?

Not a technical audit. We read your site the way a customer does, then put a number on what it's failing to bring in — and hand you the five things to fix first.

Takes about a minute. Name, email and mobile to open the report.
Reads your website only — Google Business Profile, reviews and ad accounts are covered in the full audit at project start.
Scorecard FAQ

Common questions, straight answers.

Is this really free?

Yes. It costs nothing and there is nothing to buy at the end of it. We ask for your name, email and mobile before the report opens — one email with the report, no sequence, and we don't sell your details. The audit starts the moment you enter your address, so you are giving us details while the work is already visibly running rather than on a promise.

Where do the dollar figures come from?

Published benchmarks, each one linked to its source on the report, multiplied by two assumptions you control: what a new customer is worth to you and roughly how many people visit each month. Move either and every figure moves. It's arithmetic on your numbers, not a forecast — we don't know your close rate, and any agency quoting you one is guessing.

Why do some problems have no dollar figure?

Because we couldn't find an honest way to price them. Structured data, thin service pages and AI-answer readiness are all worth fixing, and none has a defensible cost model behind it — so we list them and leave the money column empty rather than inventing a multiplier. The report tells you how many fell into that bucket.

What's behind the ones you don't show me?

Real problems, found the same way as the five you can see. We hold them back because working through them is a conversation, not a list — and because the five on the page are genuinely the ones to do first. A thirty-minute call covers the rest, with nothing to buy at the end.

What does the scorecard actually look at?

Your public website: the pages themselves, how fast they load on a phone, what a visitor can do on them, and how you're described to search engines. It's scoped that way on purpose — it's the half we can read in a minute without access to anything of yours.

What about my Google Business Profile, reviews and ads?

Those sit outside the scorecard, and for most local businesses they're the bigger lever. They're covered in the full audit — Business Profile, reviews and review velocity, the map pack, ad accounts, analytics and your CRM — which is the first thing we run when a project starts. Ask on a call and we'll look at yours before you commit to anything.

It couldn't read my site. Why?

Usually a firewall or bot protection doing its job, which is reasonable of it. Some sites also render entirely in JavaScript, which we don't execute. Send us the address and we'll look at it manually.

Do you store my site's data?

We keep the report and the signals behind it so a second person from your business sees the same numbers rather than a fresh set, and so we can debug a bad report. We don't crawl beyond a handful of pages, we identify ourselves in the user agent, and we don't sell anything to anyone.
