Why it matters

A med spa hires a web agency, an SEO agency, a Google Ads freelancer, and whoever set up the email tool. Four vendors, four invoices, and four different versions of what's working. We run all of it on one fee — and your ad spend goes to Google on your own card, at cost.

Benefits

Why teams choose us.

One Team, One Invoice

Site, search, ads, email, and automations run by the same people. Nobody to brief twice.

Media at Cost

Ad spend goes straight to the platforms on your card. We take no percentage and no rebate.

Built for Your Rules

Bar advertising rules, consent-gated health tracking, FTC review rules. We ship inside them.

Measured to Revenue

Form fills are not the number. Your CRM feeds booked and signed outcomes back into the ad accounts.

How it works

Our process.

01

Audit & Baseline

We take stock of the site, the listings, the ad accounts, and the reviews. You get the numbers before we touch anything.

02

Build & Wire

Site, tracking, CRM routing, and ad accounts opened in your name. You own every account we create.

03

Launch & Learn

Campaigns go live on a deliberately small budget. We kill what doesn't book. No six-month ramp.

04

Run & Report

Monthly report showing spend, leads, and booked outcomes separately. Quarterly plan, month-to-month terms.

Before you pay

We build your website before you pay us anything

For most of the businesses we approach, roughly 80% of the new site is already built before we make contact. For the rest, it is finished before the engagement formally starts. Either way you are looking at a real website with your services, your area and your words in it — not a mockup, not a template with your logo dropped on, and not a promise.

This is not generosity. It is the only honest way we know to prove three things at once: that we can write about your business without you having to educate us, that we notice the details, and that we will do the work before we are asked twice. An agency that will not build until the contract is signed is asking you to take all of the risk in the relationship.

It is also a position about sequencing. Every dollar of advertising, every ranking and every AI citation eventually lands somewhere, and if that somewhere does not explain what you do and make it obvious how to book, the spend is subsidising a leak. An excellent website is not the first item on the list — it is the thing the rest of the list is pointed at.

Written, not templated

We research your market and write every page. You are not sent a content questionnaire and asked to fill in the blanks.

Walkable on day one

You click through the real thing on the first call, on your phone, and tell us what is wrong with it.

Two weeks to live

From signed brief to launched site. It works because the build is nearly finished before the brief exists.

Yours either way

Domain, hosting, analytics, ad accounts — all created in your name from the start. If you leave, none of it moves.

Compare

Both plans, line by line

No asterisks and no 'contact us for details'. If it is not on this table, it is not in the plan.

Right fit?

Honest about who this is for.

Pick us if

This will be a fit.

  • You run a business people physically visit, and the phone ringing is the whole game
  • You're paying three or four vendors who each blame the others when the leads dry up
  • You want the ad spend on your own card, at cost, with the invoice visible to you
  • You can name what a booked appointment or a signed case is actually worth
Skip us if

Honestly — not our zone.

  • You want a $2,000/mo package (a single-channel specialist will serve you better than a thin version of this)
  • You expect the fee to drop because you are not running ads. It does not — the site, the search visibility, the content and the follow-up are most of the work, and none of it gets cheaper when the ad account is switched off
  • You want a guaranteed lead count or ranking. Nobody can honestly sell you one, and the agencies that do are selling a lottery ticket
FAQ

Common questions, straight answers.

Is the ad spend included in the fee?

No. The fee buys the work; the media goes to Google and Meta on your own card, at cost. You see exactly what was spent, and we take no percentage and no rebate on it. Bundling the two so the split is invisible is the loudest complaint buyers in this market have about their current agency, and we won't do it.

What if we already have a website we like?

Then we keep it. Maintenance, speed, schema, and tracking are in scope either way. We only rebuild when the site is the reason the marketing isn't working — and we show you why before you pay for it.

Can you work inside our state bar's advertising rules?

Yes, and we budget for them. Florida requires non-exempt ads to be filed 20 days before first use at $150 each, and every edit counts as a new ad. New York requires "Attorney Advertising" on the site, a prior-results disclaimer on any outcome claim, and the site preserved at least every 90 days — so we run the archive. None of this is legal advice, and your responsible attorney signs off before anything runs.

How do you handle tracking on a clinic or med spa site?

Conservatively, because the real exposure is private class actions rather than HHS. No ad pixels on condition or procedure pages or behind intake forms without a consent gate, conversions sent server-side with hashed identifiers and generic event names, and no patient list uploaded to any ad platform. Washington's My Health My Data Act applies to a med spa whether or not it is a HIPAA covered entity, which catches most people out.

Which tier should we start on?

Essential, unless you already run more than one location or already spend over $10,000 a month on ads — those two facts are what the tiers are actually built around, and you know both today. Start low and move up when one of them changes. You can switch either way month to month, with no lock-in and no upgrade fee.

What is not included?

Media spend, LegitScript certification for med spas (roughly $3,125 in year one, paid by you to them), bar filing fees, print, PR, and anything needing someone physically on site. We also don't answer your phone — if nobody picks up, no amount of marketing fixes it, and we'd rather say that now than in month three.

The year

Fifty weeks, and what happens in each of them

Month one is not month seven. Here is the whole year — what is done once, what happens every day, and what changes each quarter.

The build, the accounts and the measurement. Weeks 1 to 6, most of it before you pay.

Your new website, ~80% built before we meet
We research your market, write the pages and build almost the whole site before we pitch, so day one is a finished website rather than a promise.
Competitor and pricing teardown
Before the first call we know what your three closest competitors charge, what they advertise on, and where their sites are weak.
Kickoff session
Half a day on your best jobs, your worst customers, your real prices, and how much work you can actually take.
Every account put in your name
Google Ads, Analytics, Business Profile and domain created or transferred to you. If you leave, you keep all of it.
Counting every lead
Tracked numbers, form alerts and booking tracking, so we can name the advert behind each call rather than counting clicks.
Google Business Profile rebuilt
Categories, services, hours, service area, description and 40-plus real photos, verified in your name.
Google Screened verification
Licence, insurance and background checks submitted so Local Services Ads can run with the green tick. We chase Google for you.
Launch weekend and redirects
The site goes live on a Saturday, every old address points at the right new page so you keep what you have earned, and we watch it Monday.
Directory listings cleaned
Your details corrected across the 40-plus directories Google and AI assistants cross-check, with old addresses killed off.
Review engine switched on
An automatic ask after every job with a one-tap link, so reviews arrive weekly without anyone remembering to ask.
Your baseline scorecard
Exactly where you started — leads, cost per lead, rankings, calls, revenue — so every later number is measured against something honest.
Where it gets to
Weeks 1–4

Build and go live

New site live, every lead counted, nobody left waiting for a reply.

You have a website you would happily hand a customer, every call and form is counted, and every enquiry gets an answer in five minutes, seven days a week.

  • The last 20% finished with your prices, team, photos and reviews, then launched over a weekend with every old link redirected
  • Tracked numbers and form tracking installed, so we can name the advert behind every call
  • Google Business Profile rebuilt and verified — categories, services, hours, service area, 40-plus real photos
  • Your WhatsApp line and single lead inbox live, with five-minute cover running from day one
  • Google Screened checks submitted so Local Services Ads can start
Weeks 5–13

Turn the taps on

Leads flowing from three separate places, and a real cost per booked job.

Leads arrive weekly from paid search, the map pack and Local Services Ads, and you can say what you pay for a job rather than what you pay for a click.

  • Search campaigns live on the services you make money on, pointed at the matching new pages
  • Local Services Ads live, junk leads disputed daily so you stop paying for wrong numbers
  • Review engine running — every finished job asked, every review answered same day
  • Listings corrected across the 40-plus directories Google and AI tools check
  • First six to twelve pages published, including a page per service and per area
Weeks 14–26

Make it compound

The channels you do not pay per click for start carrying real load.

A meaningful share of calls arrive without paying for the click, your name comes up when people ask an AI for a recommendation, and your existing list produces work on its own.

  • Map results won across your whole service area, not just near your address
  • Service and area pages ranking, linked so they lift each other
  • Your business named in AI answers for the questions buyers actually ask
  • Email working — welcome sequence, monthly campaign, reactivation of customers gone quiet
  • Automations plugging the leaks: missed-call text back, quote follow-up, no-show recovery
Weeks 27–39

Scale without breaking

Spend more without the cost of a booked job going up.

You can turn spend up and know roughly what comes back, across more locations and more services than you started with.

  • Ad spend raised in steps, each held against the cost-per-job ceiling you set, rolled back if it breaks
  • Locations two through five fully live on Complete, each with its own profile, page and campaign
  • Performance Max and paid Meta placements added on Complete — paid placements only, we do not run your social accounts
  • Higher-margin services given their own pages, ads and offers instead of being buried on a list
  • Landing pages tested properly: headline, offer, form length, how easy it is to book
Weeks 40–50

Defend and plan year two

Protect the position you paid for, and plan next year on your own evidence.

Competitors cannot take your top spots cheaply, and next year's budget comes from twelve months of your numbers rather than a guess.

  • A defence campaign on your own business name so competitors cannot buy their way in front of people already looking for you
  • Full content audit — pages that produced calls expanded, the rest rewritten or removed
  • Review flow steady and answered above 90%, so your profile never looks abandoned next to a competitor's
  • A twelve-month scorecard showing revenue by channel, with your busy and quiet months mapped
  • Everything documented and in your name: accounts, access, playbooks and the reasoning behind every decision

OC Weight Loss & Med Spa

  • 41 treatment pages — 10 hubs and 31 sub-treatments beneath them, so Botox, Daxxify, Dysport and Xeomin each get a page instead of sharing a paragraph.
  • 84 city-level pages across Mission Viejo, Irvine, Laguna Niguel, Lake Forest, Aliso Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera Ranch, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, San Juan Capistrano and Dana Point.
  • 2,924 WebP variants generated from 433 source images, producing 2,973 responsive image attributes on a site that previously had none across 1,657 image tags.
  • The practitioner's school and credentials are machine-readable on every page, not just the bio — 904 CollegeOrUniversity and 2,260 credential nodes across the site.
  • A three-campaign email engine on a fifteen-minute cron: nurture, newsletter to 6,248 contacts, and review reactivation — paced at 150 sends a tick inside a 7am–9pm Pacific window, with a hard daily cap on review requests.
  • 43 test files, 5,809 lines, covering redirects, structured data, name-address-phone consistency, lead validation, conversion firing, security headers and weekend closure.

DPS Law

  • 2,431 North Carolina General Statute citations covering 906 distinct sections, plus 247 case citations to 160 named North Carolina appellate decisions.
  • Every page was drafted against the current statutes, then reviewed by a second pass briefed to attack it rather than approve it. That found 283 errors in our own drafts on the first pass and 86 on the second. All were corrected before a single page was indexed.
  • North Carolina State Bar advertising rules built into the code, not just the copy — the team page avoids “specialist” and “expert” under Rule 7.4, and Of Counsel is modelled in structured data as a separate person with an affiliation rather than as an employee.
  • 4,570 internal links rewritten to drop the .html extension, removing a redirect hop from every click and every crawl path.
  • 125 page-specific share cards generated at build time. Before that, 120 pages shared one.
  • All 114 URLs in the old site's sitemaps were requested against the new host before launch rather than reasoned about: 106 resolved, 7 got redirect rules, and one genuine gap was found and written.

Car Concierge Pro

Auto concierge · US, Canada & UAE

A 1,082-URL WordPress site rebuilt with a zero-404 contract. The interesting work was not the rebuild — it was everything the old site had been quietly getting wrong.

average page weight
  • Every redirect was mapped from real Search Console and analytics data and stamped with the clicks and impressions that URL was actually earning — not guessed from a URL pattern.
  • 355 heading links that Google had indexed, carrying 331,187 impressions between them, were landing on nothing. A build gate now asserts every one of them resolves.
  • 415 external domains individually classified as follow, nofollow or sponsored with a written reason each, covering 3,247 outbound links — cleaning up years of sold guest posts without editing a single article.
  • Page weight cut from a 567KB site-wide average to 98.8KB, and 32 inline style blocks re-sent on every page reduced to zero.
  • 8,218 old media files restored at byte-identical paths, specifically because the rest of the internet still links to them.
  • A daily job refreshes the video wall and Google reviews, rebuilds, runs an eight-gate check and only deploys if something actually changed.

None of this is visible from the outside, and none of it is what an agency puts on a status report. It is what the fifty weeks above are actually made of.

We are not going to claim the software is the expensive part. It is not — call it $1,000 a month against our $5,000. The cost is the ninety to a hundred and ten hours a month of skilled work needed to run it well. None of that lands on you here: nothing to license, nothing to learn, nobody to hire, nothing to chase. It is done for you.

Prices checked on live vendor pages in September 2026. Excluded from both totals: your actual ad spend, every usage-metered overage (call minutes, SMS, email contacts), one-off costs like photography and A2P registration, and the website build itself. Several vendors — Birdeye, Podium, Schema App, Optmyzr — no longer publish pricing at all.
