Before they reach your stand

The decision to visit your stand starts on a phone.

Visitors plan their day from the exhibitor list and look you up before they walk over. These are the three things we check first.

01
Does your site mention GITEX?

A visitor who looks you up should see GITEX, your stand number and the dates on the first screen. It is the quickest reassurance that you are worth the walk.

02
Can they book a meeting from their phone?

A booking link on the first mobile screen turns a look-up into a meeting in your calendar before the doors even open.

03
Who follows up, and how fast?

Badge scans and business cards cool quickly once the show ends. Lead capture with automatic follow-up means every conversation hears from you while it is still fresh.

Questions

What exhibitors ask before they book.

What does the 48 hours need from us?

The 48 hours start once two things are in: your signed-off content (copy, images, logo, and your product or service list) and access to your domain and your hosting or website platform. We send a short list of exactly what we need on the day you book. If something arrives later, the clock starts when it does.

How long does WhatsApp Business verification take?

Meta has to approve your WhatsApp Business account and display name before messages can go out, and that can take several days. It is why GTM has to be booked by 20 November: it leaves time for approval before doors open on 8 December.

Which languages does the voice AI agent speak, and how does it handle calls?

English and Arabic. It answers calls on the number you choose, finds out who is calling and what they need, books a meeting or passes the call to your team, and sends you a written summary of every call.

Is ad spend included?

No. GTM covers setting up your show-week campaigns, paid and retargeting. The ad spend itself is billed separately at cost, and you decide the budget.

How do we pay?

By card. Page is paid in full when you book. Website and GTM are paid 50% when you book and 50% on go-live.

What happens after the show?

Everything we build is yours to keep: the website, the show page, the tracking and the automations. GTM also includes the post-show attribution report, showing which leads came from the show and through which channel. If you would like us to keep the follow-up or the campaigns running, we will quote for it separately.

Are you affiliated with GITEX?

No. withRemote is an independent agency. We are not affiliated with GITEX Global or its organisers, and nothing on this page is endorsed by them.
